The gyoza specialist ひょうたん in the long-established Sannomiya Center Plaza. We carried out the interior construction of a nostalgic shop that suits its setting. The building is old, and its water supply, drainage and electrical services had seen many years of use, with little spare capacity. A shop that fits the atmosphere of this traditional commercial building. We took part in creating a shop in a place full of character, in our role as the builder.
