三徳六味

三徳六味 is a standing izakaya where people of all generations gather to enjoy sake. We created this welcoming shop from the stripped-out shell of an old house. The timber building was connected to the neighbouring home, close enough for us to hear the television next door during construction. We carried out the interior work with care for the noise reaching the surrounding homes. It was a project characteristic of an older building, where consideration for everyday life beyond the shop was part of the work.
