TAKERU オタロード

[Nipponbashi, Osaka]

At TAKERU オタロード in Den Den Town, Nipponbashi, Osaka, we completely stripped out and rebuilt the interior of an old three-storey timber building that had previously housed a restaurant. During construction, a major typhoon hit Osaka and work stopped for a day. With damage spread across the surrounding area, I still remember wondering what would happen next. It makes me happy to know that the restaurant created through that work has continued to be enjoyed by many customers over the years.
