AOI NAPOLI

AOI NAPOLI is a restaurant brand operated by 株式会社バルニバービ. We carried out the interior construction in one of the buildings forming part of a redevelopment project in Tennoji. I still vividly remember bringing in the pizza oven before the building had been erected. While the site was still at foundation stage, a crane lifted the oven into position. We installed it first, then waited for the building to be constructed around it. The work was coordinated with the building programme, creating a restaurant that would become part of a new townscape.
