AOI NAPOLI is a restaurant brand operated by 株式会社バルニバービ. We carried out the interior construction in one of the buildings forming part of a redevelopment project in Tennoji. We still vividly remember bringing in the pizza oven before the building had been erected. There would have been no way to get the oven in once the building was complete, so while the site was still at foundation stage, a crane lifted it in and we installed it first. We boxed the oven in with timber to protect it, and once the building had gone up we removed the enclosure and checked that it had come through undamaged. We were on tenterhooks until we had checked. The oven is wood-fired. We installed ventilation, of course, and also facilities for removing the wood ash, both in line with the regulations. We have eaten there many times since it opened, and it is full of customers whenever we go. It is a restaurant that makes us feel that a good place will go on being talked about for years to come.
