Scope

This policy applies when you use our services, such as the contact form on this site. Personal information collected there is managed under this policy. It does not apply to people or companies we do not directly manage.

Collection and use

We collect personal information with a clear purpose and with your consent. We use it only to respond to your enquiry and to provide appropriate information about our services.

Records of contact form submissions

To understand how inquiries reach us, we keep a supplementary record of the submission date and time, referring site or page on our website, and language used when the form is submitted successfully. New records do not include IP addresses or inquiry messages. The retention period is 365 days. Expired records are removed during the next successful log update; they remain until an update occurs and are also checked during maintenance. Older records containing IP addresses are subject to the same retention period. These records are stored outside the public website directory and used to review inquiry sources and maintain the service. IP addresses are processed separately to prevent abusive submissions.

Disclosure to third parties

We do not disclose, provide, lend or transfer personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or where necessary to protect our rights or property.

We provide internal training on the protection and security of personal information and manage it appropriately and safely.

Use of this site

Use of this site is at your own responsibility. We accept no liability for damages arising from the use of information obtained from this site or from other sites linked from it. This site is operated in accordance with the laws of Japan.

Analytics tools

This site uses Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC, to understand how the site is used and to improve it. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect access data; that data is collected anonymously and does not identify individuals.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, provided by Cloudflare, Inc. It does not use cookies and aggregates page views in a form that cannot identify individuals.
