Scope

This policy applies when you use our services, such as the contact form on this site. Personal information collected there is managed under this policy. It does not apply to people or companies we do not directly manage.

Collection and use

We collect personal information with a clear purpose and with your consent. We use it only to respond to your enquiry and to provide appropriate information about our services.

Records of contact form submissions

To understand how inquiries reach us, we keep a supplementary record of the submission date and time, referring site or page on our website, and language used when the form is submitted successfully. New records do not include IP addresses or inquiry messages. The retention period is 365 days. Expired records are removed during the next successful log update; they remain until an update occurs and are also checked during maintenance. Older records containing IP addresses are subject to the same retention period. These records are stored outside the public website directory and used to review inquiry sources and maintain the service. IP addresses are processed separately to prevent abusive submissions.

Inquiries classified as spam may be retained privately to review incorrect classifications and address misuse. Records in the new format are deleted on the next record save or administrator check after 30 days have elapsed since storage. If storage failure, insufficient capacity or another problem prevents cleanup, they may remain stored until deletion succeeds. Older-format records are managed separately and excluded from this automatic deletion because their storage timestamps cannot be reliably established.

Reviewing inquiries from advertisements

If you allow storage when visiting from an advertisement, we temporarily store advertisement identifiers, campaign labels, the first page you opened on our website and the storage time in this browser tab. Only information captured within the past 24 hours is used for matching. Expired information is discarded at the next page display or submission; it may remain while a tab is suspended. This supplementary information does not include your name, email address, telephone number or inquiry message. You can contact us without allowing this storage.

Shop-building and construction inquiries receive a consultation ID issued by us. Advertisement metadata, inquiry category, receipt time, mail-server handoff status and verified quotation and order progress are recorded in a ledger outside the public website directory. The same ID appears in our administrator notification email so staff can match the inquiry source to its handling outcome. We do not add names, email addresses, telephone numbers, messages or IP addresses to this ledger, or send its records additionally to Google. Because the ID links to the notification email, it is not fully anonymous.

The advertisement-matching ledger has a retention period of 90 days from creation; expired entries are deleted at the next record update or staff maintenance check. They may remain when no update or maintenance occurs, or when a storage fault prevents deletion. This supplementary ledger is separate from correspondence records. Withdrawing permission removes the supplementary information from this tab. Please use the contact form for questions about ledger records already received.

Disclosure to third parties

We do not disclose, provide, lend or transfer personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or where necessary to protect our rights or property.

Management

We provide internal training on the protection and security of personal information and manage it appropriately and safely.

Use of this site

Use of this site is at your own responsibility. We accept no liability for damages arising from the use of information obtained from this site or from other sites linked from it. This site is operated in accordance with the laws of Japan.

Analytics tools

This site uses Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC, to understand how the site is used and to improve it. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect access data; that data is collected anonymously and does not identify individuals.

The collected data is managed under Google's privacy policy. For details, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

You can refuse cookie-based collection by disabling cookies in your browser settings. You can also use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to stop the collection.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, provided by Cloudflare, Inc. It does not use cookies and aggregates page views in a form that cannot identify individuals.
