daDa salad

[Shinsaibashi, Osaka]

A new fit-out for the salad specialist daDa salad, on the ground floor of the practice that designed it. We built the interior from a bare shell. With the designer upstairs, it was easy to check details and discuss questions on site. The close connection between design and construction made the work run smoothly, which remains a clear memory of the project. The walls were thin and there is also a restaurant on an upper floor, so we took care to keep construction noise from carrying.
