TAKERU 阪急三番街

At TAKERU 阪急三番街, we were responsible for design and design management. Unlike our usual construction work, our involvement in this project was on the design side. What we valued most in the design was that it came across clearly to the site managers who oversee the building work. We prepared easy-to-follow drawings and explained them on site. Construction inside a commercial complex meant many rules to follow, such as night-time working, set procedures for bringing in materials and conditions governing hot work.
