グローバルトンカツわたなべ in Kitashinchi, Osaka. In this neighbourhood full of restaurants, we carried out the interior construction of the shop. The surrounding businesses all open at night, so we worked during the day. Staff from nearby shops come in during the day to prepare, so we planned our working hours to avoid overlapping with their preparation time as much as possible. The delicious tonkatsu we tasted stays with us along with the memory of the site. It is a shop where we took part in the build and also discovered its flavour.
