We built the interior of グローバルトンカツ わたなべ in Kitashinchi, Osaka, a neighbourhood known for its many dining establishments. The delicious tonkatsu I enjoyed there remains part of my memory of the site. It was a project that let me contribute to the shop and discover its food as well.
