[Shinsaibashi, Osaka]

担々麺 青藍 opened in the basement dining area of Shinsaibashi PARCO. We worked on the interior of this restaurant, operated by the company behind the ramen chain どうとんぼり神座. I enjoy tantanmen myself, and was glad to help create a restaurant whose food I find delicious. It was a memorable site where I could also feel a connection to the food served in the finished space. Taking part in the creation of Shinsaibashi PARCO's dining area through construction was a valuable experience. I am grateful to have been given the opportunity.
