担々麺 青藍 心斎橋PARCO店

担々麺 青藍 opened in the basement dining area of Shinsaibashi PARCO. We worked on the interior of this restaurant, operated by the company behind the ramen chain どうとんぼり神座. Construction took place at night. The kitchen equipment was supplied by the client, and building services such as the exhaust were handled by the facility's own contractors. We were responsible for the interior, and also gave instructions to the services contractors. We enjoy tantanmen ourselves, and were glad to help create a restaurant whose food we find delicious. It was a memorable site where we could also feel a connection to the food served in the finished space. Taking part in the creation of Shinsaibashi PARCO's dining area through construction was a valuable experience. We are grateful to have been given the opportunity.
